Questions.
What can I share?
Documents, images, videos, HTML, Markdown, and other files. HTML opens as a page, Markdown as a formatted document, and links take visitors to the destination you choose.
Does someone need an account to open a drop?
No. Anyone with an active share link can open it in their browser. You need an account to upload and manage your drops. Accounts are invite-only for now.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Add your domain, then use it for files and short links. One account can hold several domains.
What happens when I update a file?
The share link stays the same and serves the new version. Your previous versions stay in the history. Open HTML drops refresh automatically when you publish an update.
Can I turn off something I’ve shared?
Yes. Disable a drop whenever you need to, then turn it back on later. You can also give it an expiration date.
